All products sold on this website are digital downloads or digital services. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, and we do not issue refunds, under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incompatibility with your device or software
• Accidental purchase
• Lack of usage or dissatisfaction with the product

By placing an order and completing your purchase, you consent to the immediate delivery of the digital product and expressly waive your right to withdraw from the contract as per Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. Acknowledgement of Waiver

• You consent to the immediate supply of the product, and
• You understand that this means you lose your right to cancel or obtain a refund once the download or streaming has begun.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In extremely rare cases where a product is defective or inaccessible due to a technical fault on our end, we may, at our sole discretion, offer support or a replacement. However, this does not constitute an obligation to refund or accept returns.
